Pandonyx Studio ("Pandonyx", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy outlines how information is collected, processed, and protected when you use our website.
2. Contact Form Submissions
When you submit a project enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, project type, and message. This data is transmitted securely via transactional email (Resend) or webhook endpoints solely to evaluate your project request and communicate with you.
3. Scope Assistant & AI Processing
When using our interactive Scope Assistant, conversation text and project signals are processed by third-party infrastructure providers to generate project scope estimates and brief summaries. Your enquiry — including the conversation transcript and any contact details you provide — is stored in our secure database and also sent to our team by email so we can prepare your proposal. We do not sell or expose project details.
4. Abuse Prevention
To stop a single visitor from exhausting the Scope Assistant for everyone else, we record how much assistant capacity each visitor has used on a given day. Your IP address is not stored: it is converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash that we cannot turn back into an address, kept only for the day in question, and deleted within 30 days. It is never used for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
5. Cookies & Regionalization
We set a single functional cookie (`px-region`) via our server proxy to detect non-sensitive regional location (such as Morocco vs International) in order to display relevant pricing currencies. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights & Contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal details submitted through our contact form or the Scope Assistant at any time by emailing us directly at hello@pandonyx.com. This includes stored conversation transcripts.
